This policy explains how Veyra may collect, use, retain, and protect information when you use the Veyra website, launcher, client, or related services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the service you use, information may include contact details you provide, account identifiers, support messages, IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, security logs, crash diagnostics, and download or update information.

2. Local client data

The launcher may process local installation, profile, version, mod, resource-pack, shader, and configuration data needed to manage your installation. Local Minecraft data remains on your device unless a feature explicitly transmits it.

3. Telemetry

Any telemetry enabled in a release should be limited to information necessary for its stated purpose. The exact fields and controls should be documented with the applicable release. Do not assume that local game files are uploaded simply because the client can read them.

4. How we use information

Information may be used to operate Veyra, deliver downloads and updates, provide support, prevent abuse, secure infrastructure, diagnose errors, improve the software, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and tracking

The website is designed to avoid unnecessary tracking. Essential technologies may be used for site operation and security. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking is introduced, appropriate notice and consent mechanisms will be provided where required.

Veyra may use hosting, distribution, authentication, analytics, communications, security, payment, or community providers. Providers may process information on our behalf. Third-party services such as Minecraft, Modrinth, CurseForge, GitHub, and Discord have their own privacy policies.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use official Veyra distribution channels and keep credentials private.

Veyra does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe information was collected improperly.
